The location right in the town center was ideal, with easy access to shops and commercial services. The room amenities were top-notch, with a spacious sitting area, terrace, and soundproofed rooms, ensuring a peaceful and relaxing stay. Additionally, the staff were attentive and friendly, making us feel welcome and well taken care of. We also appreciated the special diet menus available, accommodating our gluten-free requirements. this place exceeded our expectations and made our stay truly enjoyable.

We spent Christmas at this charming hotel and it was a wonderful experience. The rooms were spacious and exceptionally clean, with comfortable furniture. The staff were pleasant and always willing to assist us. We particularly enjoyed the inclusive drinks that came with our package. The location was perfect, with many restaurants within walking distance. there were buses and trains available to the nearby ski hills.

Although the breakfast was fine, the evening meals lacked imagination. The soup was thin and rather flavorless, with the main courses generally consisting of pork.

The fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and it took more than 25 minutes for anyone from the hotel to show up. We were never told why the alarm went off and there was no apology or compensation given for the disturbance.
